PEREH Hotel Website Regulations

1.General

1.1 The website is the official website of PEREH boutique hotel, Beit Hameches junction, Ramat Hagolan ( hereinafter “ the hotel “ ).

2.1 All users of this website declare that they have read the content of these regulations, and that they unequivocally agree to all its instructions and conditions, and that they and/or anyone on their behalf will not have any claim and/or demand and/or request, directly and/or indirectly, against the site and/or one of its owners and/or one of its managers and/or one on its behalf and/or the hotel.

1.3 Some of this content is written in a masculine language for convenience only, it is intended for both men and women.

1.4 The user declares that the information displayed on the website and/or any part of it is the exclusive property of the hotel, and that the hotel reserves the copyright in the information and/or any part of it, that he undertakes to use the information on the website for his personal use only, and not to copy, photograph, reproduce, transmit, print or publish the information on the website, whether owned by the hotel or owned by third parties and/or part of it to any person and/or entity without the hotel’s prior written consent, except for a personal non-commercial need for information.

1.5 The user is obliged not to make any distortions or other changes in the information, or any other action which may harm the correctness of the information and its reliability or the honor or the name of the hotel as the owner of the copyright therein, or of any other party.

 

2. Risks and Responsibility

2.1 The user hereby declares that he knows that the use of the website involves many risks, both because of the technology involved and because of human factors operating through the internet.

2.2 The user is solely and fully responsible for any use he makes and/or will make with the information.

2.3 The information is for the user’s personal use only and its use, including any reliance on it, are the sole responsibility of the user. Among other things, the user declares that he is aware that the images shown on the website are for illustration purposes only and that there may be changes between their presentation on screen and their appearance in reality.

2.4 The information presented on the website as it is ( “as is” ) and the hotel is not responsible for adapting the information to the user’s needs and is not responsible towards the user due to his inability to use the information for any reason. The user alone will be responsible for the manner in which he uses the information.

2.5 The hotel does everything to ensure the information is as correct and accurate as possible, but the information does not claim complete or detailed analysis of all topics detailed in it. The information is only general, partial and proven. The hotel will not carry the responsibility for any mistakes in the information provided on the website, both by the hotel and third parties.

2.6 The hotel will not be responsible for any damage, inconvenience, loss, expense or anguish which may be caused to the user or his property ( among other things to the user’s hardware and/or software ) or to a third-party, directly or indirectly, due to access to the website and the use of its contents.

2.7 The hotel will not be held legally responsible by any user of the website or any other entity beyond its control.

2.8 The hotel will not be responsible for any changes made to the information by the user and/or by any other third party.

 

3. Booking accommodation

3.1 The user may use this website only to order and purchase services and/or receive information.

Do not make use of this website for any other purposes.

3.2 Booking a room at the hotel is available by calling the reservation center of the hotel at 077-331122, or through this website.

3.3 Anyone booking a room through this website is required to enter their personal details, including I.D number, or passport number and credit card number, as well as details of all guests staying with them.

3.4 Details of service purchaser:

3.4.1 When making a purchase of services through the website and placing an order as detailed below, the user will be required to enter his personal details in the system.

3.4.2 Site owners and/or operators and/or managers and/or anyone on their behalf are not responsible for mistakes made by the user when typing details of purchase, including a mistake in choosing a vacation package, date, number of beds and any other service that will be ordered by the buyer through the website and/or any direct or indirect liability in the event that the purchase details are not recorded in the system and/or any technical problem and/or other error preventing the buyer to purchase services through the website.

3.4.3 Ordering false purchasing information is a criminal offense and legal measures will be taken against those who enter false information, including claims for damages that may be caused to the hotel and/or the website and/or its operators and/or its owners and/or its managers and/or anyone on their behalf.

3.4.4 The user declares that he is aware that upon entering the purchase details, or a direct phone reservation with the hotel, he will be included in the hotel’s database. The hotel will be entitled to use purchase details for the purpose of improving the services it offers the users of the website as well as contacting the user via regular mail, e-mail and any other means of communication and adapting the website to his personal needs and references.

 

4. How to order

4.1 The user will enter the order details on the website.

4.2 When entering order details, the user will be required to enter credit card details, for security purposes only.

4.3 Payment will be made in full upon arrival at the hotel, or when departing the hotel and this will be at the hotel’s sole discretion. Payment format will be in cash and/or credit card. In “no cancellation option” orders, the charge will be made upon placing the order and this is at the hotel’s sole discretion.

5. Terms and conditions

5.1 Prices on the website are in NIS and include VAT,  according to the VAT rate, which may change from time to time.

5.2 Where prices are quoted in dollars, the payment will be calculated according to the exchange rate of the dollar on the day of actual payment, as determined by the Bank of Israel. Israeli guests, or Israelis that hold another citizenship, who make reservations through international websites such as “Booking”, “Expedia”, “Agoda” etc..will be charged additional VAT as required by law, upon their arrival, according to laws of the State of Israel. For clarification, only tourists with a 2B entry visa are exempt from paying VAT, according to the laws of the State of Israel.

5.3 The hotel may change room reservation conditions and package prices at any time.

5.4 The hotel may change the site’s regulations from time to time without prior notification. The hotel will publish the new conditions on the website and they will come into effect on the date of their publication.

5.5 The hotel may close the website from time to time and change its structure, content, appearance, scope and availability of services and content provided therein, and any other aspect involved in the website and its operation, all without notifying the user in advance. The user declares that he will not have any claim and/or demand against the hotel.

5.6 The number of rooms at the hotel is limited and booking a room is based on availability only.

5.7 There is no duplication of promotions or discounts.

5.8 Check in and check out:

5.8.1 Check-in: weekdays at 15:00 and Saturdays at 17:00.

5.8.2 Check out: weekdays until 11:00 am and on Saturdays or holidays until 13:00.

5.8.3 Arrival and/or departure before/after the aforementioned hours is subject to hotel management’s prior approval and will involve an additional charge.

5.8.4 Children and babies – by definition PEREH hotel is with no children!!! 

5.8.6 Accommodation of children and youth under the age of 18 will only be possible if accompanied by an adult and with the hotel’s written consent.

 

5.8.7 This agreement will be exclusively governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The exclusive state of jurisdiction for all matters relating to this agreement and the use of the website is in the competent courts of the Tel Aviv – Jaffa district.

5.8.8 The user is aware that the use of the website by its nature may cause technical faults.

 

6. Cancellation of reservation::

6.1 Reservations which will be canceled by 12:00 pm ( Israel time ) 7 days prior to arrival, will not be charged fees or fines.

6.2 Reservations canceled less than 7 days prior to arrival, will be charged 50% of the cost of the order. This amount will not be credited for future use and will be transferred to the hotel in full, without the guest’s demand for a refund or credit.

6.3 In the event of a no-show without prior notification, the full cost of the reservation will be charged.

6.4 During the Israeli holidays, which include the Tishrei holidays and Passover, reservations that will be canceled up to 14 days prior to arrival will not be charged a cancellation fee, any cancellation after that, or no show, will be charged in full.

6.5 For a “non-refundable” price list reservation at the hotel, the hotel may charge the reservation in full at any time after the reservation has been made, the reservation will be charged in full in the event of any cancellation or a no-show.

 

7. Different instructions

7.1 No animals allowed.

7.2 No equipment to be taken out of the rooms.

7.3 No smoking in the hotel rooms and public areas, except for the places where it is allowed.

 

8. Looking after the place

8.1 The user is obligated in his name and the names of all other guests with him to maintain the place and not cause any damage intentionally and/or negligently to the site, including all the equipment in it.

8.2 The user agrees that in case of any damage caused by him, his credit card given for security/payment will be charged for the full amount of the damage, without permission of the cardholder. Mini bar products or sale items in the room will be charged during the checkout process.
